I lost my rocky roo on the 22nd april 2009 and it hurts like hell! i miss my baby so much... can anyone tell me when the pain gets easier to cope with

many use this site as a way to share stories and talk with others as they find their way through their grief, others , like me sometimes, just read and reflect.

Thank you for your kind words, they mean a lot to me right now.
Things have got a little better, I try to remember when Rocky was at his best, rather than his last days.
I find in doing this I am able to cope with his loss a little better.

Everyone reacts differently, so none of us know when this will ever happen. Just know that you are at the right site because we all understand how you are feeling. the best thing that you can do is focus on the wonderful,
when Rocky was at his best

- and think about this, life could have landed him anywhere, but he landed with you
and so was this loved and treasured friend, lucky dog/cat (?)

my guys were rescues with personality plus, more love than I deserved and hearts of gold -the fact that they were clown dogs made them all the more dear

they were amazing companions to me for fourteen and sixteen years respectively - I loved traveling this life with them

and I know, sincerely, the hole they can leave when they go
