Today is my girls birthday.

It would have been her 14th.

I will do my best to celebrate it with her. To celebrate her memory and life. It will be hard. This is the first year without my love.

It has been a tough year. A lot of new firsts. New with my little boy (the human kind), and new without my little girl (the K9 kind)

The most recent example being fathers day. It was the first with out Kacey but the first with my Son. Bittersweet and huge flux of emotions.

I miss her so.
