DEAR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES,

We have upgraded to a newer version. We are still working on this so you may have problems
with logging in. Please try to login with your original username only. Unfortunately
with the new system, for security reasons, we could not keep the entire registration
information. I was so hoping that we could.

You must create a new password. You can not re-register with your original e-mail address due to security.
What you need to do is login. Please hit "forgot password". This
should generate an e-mail to you with a temporary password. Please go back
to the login. Copy this temporary password in the original password area and type in your new password twice to confirm. Hit submit. You should be able to login correctly.

I am still learning the features. We thank you for your patience. Our old message board
since the "crash" of the harddrives was not working correctly with all of the features
and we needed to upgrade. Our programmers are working on formating the new message board
to work within the website's design.

I will keep you posted on any other changes.

A bit unfortunate is that the old message board is still available at http://in-memory-of-pets.com/phpbb2/index.php - today I got notifications about replies on the old board. And those replies are there on the old board, but not on the new one.

I guess people still might have links to the old board. It'd be better if the old one was brought down (or better redirected to the new one).

Dear Ratman,

Thank you for your input. The old message board is still active mainly because
it is there until our programmers get everything set up correctly and make sure
that everything is working. They will then remove the old message board.
They are working to design the new message board to fit into the design
of the website. All posts were imported to the new one.

Our old message board "behind the lines" was not working correctly
and upgrading needed to be done since our crash.

Just thought I would let you know that the new board seems to be working right. I logged in with my old name and password without any problems.

Thank you for letting me know. The programmers were not sure
how this was going to import with the old message board which
is still online for the time being. We want to be sure that everything
is working correctly. Your letting me know has been a great help.
They will be working on the design layout to fit the website better
once everything has been tested.

Dear Kerry,

Thank you and everyone for being so patient during
this time of upgrading and transfering of the new message board.
We were very fortunate the website crash did not destroy
all of the memorials and message board posts. Hats off to our programmer
for working so hard in restoring. We now have "rented" a server to back
up the entire website daily.

We still are working on some issues, but hopefully
they will get resolved soon one of these is formating
the new message board to look like the old one.
